Yes we work with Hoas, Commercial contractors, and builders
NO! Pressure-treated material is not recommended here in Colorado because it is so dry. Pressure-treated materials will crack, warp, and will not hold up over time like a cedar fence. Yes, it is "cheaper," but do not use this or allow someone to use it on your fence. We only use and install the highest quality materials to make sure your fence lasts a long time.
Yes! We work year-round and can install a new fence for you any time of the year. Our installation processes will ensure your fence is done right even if there is snow on the ground. The winters here in Colorado are usually milder. The only time we take off is if it is unsafe for the crews to work or if the weather will damage our tools.
Yes! Each city and county is a little different, and if we work in a city that requires a license, we either obtain that license or already have it. If that city or county requires a permit, we will handle that for you as we always do things the right way.
We are fully insured with limits above what is usually required and have workman's comp for the protection of our employees.
Yes! By law, anyone digging anything must call 811 to locate underground utilities up to the meter of their house. We take care of all of that for you. Be mindful that this does not include private lines that have been installed, including sprinklers, underground drains, septic systems, wells, and dog fences.
If someone is willing to dig in your yard the same day or the next day, they are more than likely skipping this vital part of the process and could damage utilities or, even worse, possibly hurt themselves or you.
Common fence materials include wood, vinyl aluminum chain-link, and wrought iron.
The time of fence installation varies based on factors such as the type of material, the size of the project, and weather conditions. We are happy to give you an idea of how long your fence project will take once we review all of your project requirements.
Commercial fencing is typically designed for larger properties and higher security needs. Residential fencing focuses more on appearance, privacy, and property delineation.
